Right of Withdrawal

This withdrawal policy applies to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) who enter into a paid contract for the use of the Tachora Fleet platform. For business customers (§ 14 BGB), this notice does not apply.

Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early Expiry of Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for digital services if we have begun performance of the contract after you have:

• expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires,
• acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once we begin performance, and
• received confirmation from us under § 312f BGB.

Note for Business Customers

Tachora Fleet is a B2B platform aimed primarily at businesses (carriers, fleet managers, logistics companies). Statutory rights of withdrawal do not apply to contracts with business customers.
