This page lists all service providers that process personal data on behalf of Tachora — Dmytro Bezrukov, sole proprietorship, Neue Grabenstraße 24, 32657 Lemgo, Germany (Art. 28 GDPR). The list is published in its current form at least 14 days before any change with material impact on existing B2B customers.

Change notice
Additions or replacements of subprocessors that affect B2B contracts on Tachora Hub / TachoFleet are announced by email to the customer's contact address. Business customers may object within 14 days for good cause; both parties will then look for a mutually agreed solution.
Third-country transfers
Where processing takes place outside the European Economic Area (in particular Stripe, Google, Apple, Resend, OpenAI, Telegram), this is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) or European Commission adequacy decisions, supplemented by technical safeguards (TLS, data minimisation).
